About Us

Victory Family Centre (VFC) is a church that carries a mandate to plant churches across the world. VFC Singapore has been sending teams out in every continent over the last 40 years and has made a huge impact and influence where church planting & missions work is concerned. Australia is one of the many countries that God has opened doors for us to plant churches. Our mandate is to see every State and Territory in Australia embrace the reality of Jesus.

Ray Chee (Senior Pastor)

Pastor Ray is the Senior Pastor of Victory Family Centre VFC Melbourne. He is a spirit-filled minister/ worship leader accredited by APRA, (Australasian Performing Right Association) and travels the
world conducting worship seminars.

 

He is an ACC pastor, composer, song leader, and multi skilled -talented musician who understands and teaches what true worship is, in Spirit and Truth.

Songs composed by him are sung by world class Christian bands, including “Parachute Band” in NZ.

 

He had his theological training under Hillsong Leadership College and has been part of a pioneering team which planted a church in NZ that grew to over 10,000 people.

 

Victory Family Centre is a church plant from Singapore. Singapore VFC is passionate on church planting and has planted churches all across the world.

VISION 2024

"Set Your Heart" - 1 Chronicles 22:19 "19 Now set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God. Therefore arise and build the sanctuary of the Lord God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord and the holy articles of God into the house that is to be built for the name of the Lord.”
